Vigeo is a Latin verb, defined as 1. to thrive, flourish; 2. be active, be effective; 3. be strong/vigorous.

I chose this word because my mission in life is to thrive, both personally and professionally, and I derive great satisfaction in helping others do the same.

who am I?

My name is Victoria Gray. I'm a board governance professional and senior marketing and business strategist, with over three decades of leadership experience in Canada and the U.S. I currently serve as Vice President of the Board at HUB Cycling, where I helped lead the development and adoption of the organization’s 2025–2030 Strategic Plan.

I offer deep expertise in marketing, brand strategy and governance, helping organizations align purpose, performance and stakeholder engagement. Based in Vancouver, I'm seeking paid board roles where I can contribute to strategic growth, brand innovation and organizational effectiveness.
